oodwork Interiors [RCW] was founded by Richard Iacobacci in 2002. RCW is a specialty millwork company that provides custom woodworking services and full-service construction project management, including job-site supervision. With a team of experienced and accomplished job-site supervisors, millworkers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, tile layers, and painters, RCW is a high-quality, reasonably-priced, one-stop shop for your residential and commercial construction projects. RCW was created to serve an unmet need in South Florida’s construction market, namely to provide home and business owners with high-quality, reliable and professional construction services that conform to budgetary and time schedules and that stand by the work post-construction. “As a family man who understands living on a fixed budget and how important our biggest financial assets of a house or business can be, I know how frustrating it can be to run over budget and over time on a business or residential project. For this reason, I work and communicate closely with my clients to creatively meet budget and schedule requirements while achieving the desired results, without cutting quality. And since my business is built primarily on referrals, I also stand by my work post-construction and will not leave a client with unfinished work,” says RCW owner Richard Iacobacci. Richard Iacobacci has a proven record of experience and expertise with over thirty-five years in the construction industry. He began his career as a union carpenter apprentice in 1971; after completing this four year program, he served an additional year to become a Master Carpenter. After fifteen years working in the industry, in 1986, Richard received his California general contractor’s license and opened up his own construction company, which he ran for seven years, servicing both residential and commercial properties. After a four year stint as the Operations Supervisor for a building company in Hawaii, he finally settled in south Florida. Since 1996, Richard has worked for various construction companies in supervisory and superintendent positions and has worked on major hotel and retail shopping center projects (including Nash Hotel, Tuscan Steak House, Lucky Brand Jeans, Aldo Shoes, Van Cleef & Arpels, to name a few), as well as residential renovations. In 2002, sensing a need to provide the building market with professional services, he created RCW. Since incorporation, RCW has completed several hundred projects where he built an industry-leading reputation based on quality work and trust.
