RCL fleet size ranges from 500 TEUs to 2,732 TEUs. Mr.Sumate started his shipping career in Bangkok in 1973. He was co-founder of RCL Group and elected by shareholders as Director of Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited since 1990. He is responsible for overall management of the Group to materialize its vision "to be the best regional container carrier and total logistics service provider". Mr.Kua started his container shipping career in 1975 and joined RCL in 1985. He is based in Hong Kong and oversaw RCL business in North Asia as Senior VP till 2003 when he was elected by shareholders as Director of Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited. Currently, his focus is on expanding RCL's shipping and logistics business for China and Hong Kong. Executive Vice President (Business) Mr. Charlie Chu joined RCL on 1st September 2008 and was first appointed as Vice President (China Region). He was based in RCL Shanghai, China. Mr. Charlie Chu was re-designated as Senior Vice President (Business) effective 18th July 2011 and was transferred from RCL Shanghai to RCL Singapore with effect from the same date. Mr. Charlie Chu holds a MBA from Rutgers, State University of New Jersey, USA. His previous employment before joining RCL was with an MLO in China. He has accumulated extensive experience and business exposure. During Mr. Chu’s employment with RCL China, he managed and assumed overall responsibilities for the regional offices in China and Hong Kong. He has successfully influenced those teams to meet and exceed goals and targets set. On 17th August 2011, Mr. Charlie Chu was officially appointed a member of RCL Group Management Committee. He was promoted to Executive Vice President (Business) on 1st August 2012. Mr.Pornchai Vimolratana has vast experience working for major shipping lines prior to joining RCL. He was responsible for the set-up of RCL liner operations since joining the company in early 1995. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President(Logistics) and oversees all agencies logistic operations of RCL network. He reports to the President. The Employee Code of Conduct can be defined as any rules and regulations, currently existing in the respective locations of RCL Group of companies (hereinafter referred to as "RCL"), including those traditionally expected to be adhered to. It includes this specific code and any new rules or regulations added from time to time, all of which RCL opines as the ethical standard to be observed by all employees in RCL (full time, part time, contract or otherwise ), and are acceptable by the public and private sectors for its operation and business. RCL's two main core businesses are to provide feeder services for the shipment of containerized cargoes ( i.e SOC) and to provide services involving the direct shipment of cargoes by its own containers (i.e COC). Confidential information includes, but not limited to, RCL's trade secrets, business trends, detailed sales, costing, marketing plans, research and development ideas or initiatives and information about potential acquisition , divestitures and investments. Honesty is being truthful in very facet of our day to day activities and includes how we treat our customers , vendors , colleagues and business associates. c) being involved or engaged in any business or profession that may affect personal performance or jeopardize RCL's image and reputation. d) being involved in any financial arrangement with person/s having business dealing/s with RCL or its staff.
