R/C Aircraft Components maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, R/C Aircraft Components reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Cancelled orders by the purchaser/customer prior to shipping and or processing shall bear the cost of 25% of the item(s) ordered excluding shipping and sales tax if applicable. In some cases when the purchaser/customer provides billing or shipping information that does not meet eligibility requirements of our company we will ask the purchaser/customer for additional information to verify said information. Failure to provide said information will be considered fraudulent and the order will be cancelled by R/C Aircraft Components LLC and the purchaser/customer shall be charged a 25% fee on the item(s) ordered excluding shipping and sales tax if applicable. There shall be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Item/Order Policy. Packages will be shipped normally by USPS, however the shipping method for certain products will be determined by R/C Aircraft Components LLC. NOTE: This notice applies to all orders shipped: All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Upon confirmation that the package has been delivered to the shipping address, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the package and its contents, no exceptions. All back ordered items will be shipped free of charge to the customer. All packages will be sent to the shipping address provided by the customer, R/C Aircraft Components will not be responsible for incorrect addresses and will not refund shipping costs or provide buyer protection in any capacity for merchandise sent to a non verified address. Please contact us for overnight shipping or special shipping requests (419-260-5268). R/C Aircraft Components shall accept no responsibility for crash damage. We accept no responsibility for component failure occurring during the use of any model or other application you may use our products for. We accept no responsibility for improper installation or improper use of ANY product we sell. No exceptions. Defective merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note: We will not provide refunds for defective merchandise. Manufacturers and or Distributors shall be responsible for repairing or replacing defective products.
