Working alongside her brother, Tom Biederman, Rardin learned the ropes and developed a knack for providing the highest level of service to her clients. In 2014 Beth Ann moved back to Vero Beach with the idea of starting her own firm. After some time working under another broker and re-familiarizing herself with the high-end properties of Vero's island community, she established herself as a licensed broker in her own right, and Rardin Real Estate was born. Although we list, sell and rent properties from one end of Vero Beach to the other, Rardin Real Estate's specialty and focus are on barrier island properties. So whether you're interested in South Beach, Old Riomar, Central Beach, or gated communities north of Jaycee Beach, we have you covered.  And Rardin Real Estate can act as a property manager for you to ensure your property is well-maintained while you are away or on vacation.
