He began his construction career working alongside his uncle, Gene Estes on projects in South Florida, the Bahamas and the Treasure Coast. After relocating to Sebastian, Randy Hines Construction was incorporated in 1982. Over 300 new homes and even more renovation projects have been completed to date. “When my CPA office was destroyed by the September 2004 hurricanes, Randy completely rebuilt my office by Januray 1st, 2005.
