Rance Enterprises was founded in 1994 by John Rance. The company was initially a real estate brokerage operation; however, in 1998 the company added the financial investments and options-trading division to its operations.
In 2007, Rance Enterprises endevoured to enter the Renewable Energy arena. The company completed the entity and legal structuring phase to form new divisions in the following areas:
