Brian joins RailCrew Xpress having had an extensive career of over 20 years in transportation logistics. Brian recently served as Vice President of Transportation and Logistics for MachineryLink, a Kansas City based leading provider of leased grain combines throughout North America. In this role Brian had full responsibility for Machinerylink’s specialized Transportation company, Machinerylink Transport. During Brian’s three year tenure the team was able to grow revenue by over 300% while dramatically improving safety ratings, on time service, and cost per mile. Prior to that, Brian spent eleven years at DHL, as Senior Vice-President of Operations where he led six operating regions across the US with 150 service centers and 8,000 employees. Prior to DHL, Brian served a variety of leadership roles at UPS within their hub operations and air delivery service. John spent 18 years in telecom where he gained extensive experience in both financial and operation management in a number of their early stage ventures. Most recently, he was CFO at a Kansas City-based company that developed a WiFi network built for the US highway transportation industry. Sandy joins RailCrew Xpress as the Vice President of Human Resources having over 20 years of human resource experience. Sandy recently served as Chief Administrative Officer for a transportation company located in Kansas City overseeing Human Resources, Payroll, Claims, Safety and Compliance functions. Sandy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management as well as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations. In addition, Sandy services on the Board of Director’s for Northland Early Education Center (NEEC). NEEC provides quality early education and therapy services for children who have special needs in an all-inclusive environment with children who have typical needs. Sandy is also the Past President for the North Kansas City Parent Teacher Association. Levi joins RailCrew Xpress as Vice President of Technology, having over 17 years of I.T. and management experience in varying roles. Most recently Levi has served in consulting capacities for Startups, Logistics and Ag Tech companies to assist in I.T. process, project based application and infrastructure build-outs. Tara joins Railcrew Xpress as Director of Human Resources, bringing over 20 years of human resource management experience to the team. She recently served as Director of Human Resources for an agriculture technology and logistics company in Kansas City. Tara’s background includes HR leadership roles in several other industries including health care, financial services and manufacturing. Tara holds bachelor’s degrees in human resource management and public relations from Oklahoma State University and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 20 years and has served in several volunteer leadership positions for SHRM. Char Duffy joins RailCrew Xpress as Director of Risk Management, having over 15 years of Risk Management and Claims experience in companies with large fleets. Most recently Char served as Risk Manager for a national transportation company. Char has a BS in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University. Glen joined Railcrew Xpress in 2008 and oversees the systems and software of the organization. He has over 25 years in Information Technology in multiple different Industries including Software Development, Database Marketing, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Healthcare and Transportation.
