About Us: The Rader Realty Story How Rader Realty began. We've been in business for over 50 years! Sally loved working in the business world and helping her clients buy and sell real estate. She thrived with the excitement of brokering deals so that everyone involved would be pleased with the transaction’s final outcome. Working for several Covina brokers over the next few years, Sally was an industrious and successful agent. She was well-known for providing excellent service and assistance to her clients and other Realtors and business colleagues. She was considered by those who knew her to be a real “go-getter” and a trusted partner. (The Rader family would tell you she was a terrific wife and mother, too.) Always enterprising, Sally soon decided that she would try her hand at running her own brokerage and so in 1967, she opened her own company, Rader Realty, Inc. Over the next several years, due to her ehthusiasm, tireless work ethic, and comittment to her clients, Sally's business quickly grew. In one week, Sally closed 17 deals! And so, in 1970, she was joined by her husband, . Under Sally’s leadership, the family business continued to flourish. Recognized as experts in their field, Sally was voted president of the Board of Realtors, and a few years later, Alton was also elected as president of the Board. In 1996, after innumerable successful real estate transactions, Sally and Alton both retired from the real estate world, passing the baton of leadership on to Kevin, who is now the president and CEO of Rader Realty, Inc. In the years since then, real estate has seen many new developments. The internet, mobile phones, and mortgage interest rates are just some of the changes that have contributed to the way real estate businesses are managed today. But at Rader Realty, the traditions of trust and providing excellent service helping clients meet their real estate goals still are and always will be our guiding principles.
