Bob Bailey was licensed as a Realtor in Florida in 1995 and obtained his Broker's license in 2008. In 1995 he and his wife launched an Internet marketing company, which has developed Internet marketing programs and strategies for many of the largest and most sophisticated real estate firms in the Naples area. This experience brings a unique understanding and perspective to working with customers. Large real estate companies are limited in their ability to represent buyers aggressively because any Realtor in their firm cannot act as a buyer's representative without excluding the firm's listings. Since that is not practical, a buyer agency is rare among Realtors working for large firms. While there are cases where we don't formally act as a buyer agency, we still focus as strongly on buyer education. Whenever possible, R.L. Bailey Realty will work as a buyer's agent.
