Paul Filenko holds a Civil Engineering degree from University of Pittsburgh, MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a registered Professional Engineer. Throughout his career Paul has undertaken a number of technical leadership roles involving design of bridges and transportation infrastructure, building and landscape architecture, and industrial equipment. While assuming responsible positions within global organizations including Stantec, Metso Industries, General Electric, and Emerson Electric, Paul has gained comprehensive technical proficiency as well as global project implementation expertise. While overseeing technical and business development efforts at Quality Services Consultants, Paul is thrilled to support our clients in delivering the highest quality engineering services in a responsive and dependable manner. Joseph Kingston holds a Civil Engineering degree from University of Pittsburgh, is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, and a NACE Level II Coatings Inspector. Joseph's career has taken him across 4 continents with roles ranging from technical specialist to country manager. Joseph has gained his exclusive knowledge working with multi-international firms specializing in the oil and gas, infrastructure, and power industries. Joseph's unique skill set allows him to communicate across cultural lines and establish fluid lines of communication between contractor and supplier; as a result, Joseph's international projects have been highly successful in terms of project quality, schedule, and overall owner satisfaction. Vladimir Sopta is a QC-NDT inspector with over a decade in profession, with international experience working in Italy, Norway, and having been assigned to European branches of US company Orbital engineering INC. He is focused QC-NDT Inspector who gives strong attention to detail and is focused on ensuring product integrity through nondestructive inspection and testing. Broad experience utilizing numerous NDT methods (UT, MT, PT and VT) including weld quality testing and applications in structural mechanics.
