Quality Construction and Design, QCD, was established in 2001 to provide both residential and commercial building and remodeling services. Prior to establishing QCD, Mike owned and operated JMS Services of Tallahassee for eleven years, which specialized in framing and trim carpentry services. Before that, Mike maintained commercial properties in the Tallahassee area for approximately ten years, as well as partnered in an array of commercial joint enterprises. His knowledge is extensive; his customer service is exemplary. Our philosophy for business is to build affordable projects with unexpected quality.
