With over 17 years experience within the public finance sector, Martina has helped municipalities and private companies not only structure their debt but also navigate the debt rating process.  As President of Qualcore Consulting LLC she now uses her extensive financial experience to create efficiencies for her clients that will directly impact their bottom line.   Martina is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by the University of South Florida.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University and an Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of West Florida.  She is a member of ASQ and Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Society.  Prior to forming Qualcore Consulting LLC she held senior positions at Raymond James Financial, Morgan Keegan, and Fitch Ratings.   QualCore Consulting, LLC QualCore Consulting LLC helps municipalities and businesses navigate the Lean Six Sigma Process.  Our goal is to help organizations reduce waste, streamline processes, and improve quality by instituting a process of continuous improvement.    We help you: QualCore Consulting, LLC        Tampa, FL
