Small fine flexible needles are inserted at specific points on the body normalizing body function. This helps to bring the body back into balance thereby revitalizing health. Craniosacral Therapy involves a very light touch. It also helps to open pathways in the body, but in a different way than acupuncture does. It is used in a variety of health conditions and like acupuncture, is very relaxing. Meditation helps to bring inner peace. The simple act of sitting in stillness brings great spiritual awareness to the soul, helps one to focus and sparks the creative flow. It takes practice and patience to learn to meditate. At my ‘Acupuncture Happy Hour’ needles will be inserted in your ear at specific points to help bring a great sense of relaxation. While you have the needles in the ear, I lead a guided imagery meditation. When we are finished you will calm, relaxed and refreshed.
