Jared is the CEO of PwrdBy. Before joining PwrdBy, Jared was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Sustainability practice with experience on social and environmental sustainability engagements. His project expertise centered on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, social impact operating model design, funding strategy, financial analytics, and improving partner engagement programs. Jared is passionate about helping children receive medical services, blood donation and awareness, increasing cycling-as-transportation globally, affordable housing, and providing food safety. Prior to joining PwrdBy, Suresh was a Senior Application Development Consultant in Rinsoft specializing in development of mobile and web apps. His industry expertise spans across various verticals in Health care, Real Estate, Auto/Home Insurance, and Payment processing. Suresh graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Computer Science. Suresh is passionate about learning new technologies and figuring out how to apply those technologies to design solutions to business problems. As a systems obsessed UX designer and researcher, Sogol Beigi builds brands and engages consumers, creating holistic experiences. She is particularly passionate about healthcare interfaces, and Biophilic Design. Her thesis dissertation was adopted by various long-term care facilities in British Columbia, Canada. She holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Design, and a Master of Design from Emily Carr University in Human Computer Interaction where she graduated with distinction. Sogol was a design judge at Idea Healthcare Design competitions in Canada. She is now the lead UX designer at Pwrdby.
