We are located across from the Countryside Mall. Our 3,750 square foot studio consists of two rooms: the Pure Yoga and Fitness is the Bay Area’s newest spot for all your fitness needs. It is proudly owned by Practicing Yoga in a heated room allows your muscles to relax and your body to release toxins. PURE provides a clean yoga environment by using state of the art heating, humidification, and air purification systems. Our instructors at PURE Yoga and Fitness are not only certified but very passionate about their yoga practice. We love what we do want you to love it too. In college she found Hot Yoga and immediately recognized the benefits she received from her practice both on and off of the mat. Her new obsession with yoga ignited a passion to learn more and share it with others. She became certified in Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 of YogaFit’s Teacher Training program from 2008 to 2010. Soon after completing a 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher training program with Wendy O’Lenic at Wendy Fit Yoga and Pilates in 2011, she opened Pure Yoga and Fitness as a co-owner with a close friend and now business partner. As Director, she has incorporated Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and added heat knowing that it will help with the stretch & improvement in the practice. Additional classes include weight training, yoga for all levels and the latest addition; SurfSet Yoga- a challenging style of yoga taught on a surfboard, designed to engage the core & stabilizer muscles. MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to provide a clean, friendly, and motivating environment within our Clearwater yoga studio for any individual interested in bettering their mind and body.
