It sounds good, green safe but……when you dive in you find that they are using chemicals and products that are not even close to the rigorous Pure Living standards that we demand for the safety of your family. We only carry products that are safe and non-toxic for you and your family. But what good is a laundry soap that’s free of harmful chemicals if it doesn’t get the clothes clean? We do the hard work to insure we only carry clean, safe and checked non-toxic products. Our passionate team of moms and parents-to-be put the non-toxic products we offer through the ringer and provide real-life feedback on what we should stock – or skip, saving you time and money. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BA in Finance and currently work as an Analyst for a real estate investment firm. My husband, Michael, and I have been married for two years. So far our baby is our 5-year-old lab mix named Lola – but we’re working on that :). There are so many toxins that we can’t control, but before we start our family it’s important to limit all the toxins I can. My name is Maeve and I just entered the world of motherhood, giving birth to a daughter, Isla, in early August 2015. I have a MA in Child Development and am currently the Director of a preschool in Chicago. My husband and I have lived in Chicago for the last 8 years and foresee ourselves in the city for many years to come. It’s always been important to make healthy choices for my family and I am excited about extending that mindset to the products we use on our bodies and in our household. Hi, I’m a 45-year-old working mom living in Santa Monica, CA. I have my BA and MA from Columbia University. I began my career working abroad in developing countries on economic privatization and foreign aid projects, and I eventually moved to Southern California where my sister and I started three infant centers/preschools. I now own one large preschool that serves over 120 kids. In my free time I try to keep up with my energetic and feisty five and two-year-old girls and husband! It’s important not just to raise our kids eating healthy, but to promote toxin-free living as consumers so better products are offered in the marketplace. I grew up in Madison, WI on organic, vegetarian and local products, and I’m raising my two girls with the same integrity my mom taught me. I grew up in Madison, Wisconsin with a single mom and no siblings. My mom raised me on organic, vegetarian and local products. There has never been a point in my life where I wasn’t thinking about being a land steward, saving the environment and living a pure and healthy lifestyle. So joining Pure Living was a no-brainer. I’m raising my two girls, Lilly, 3, and Penny, 9-months, with the same integrity and bio-ethics that my mom taught me. I have my MA in Science and Environmental Education and enjoyed teaching middle school students and sharing my enthusiasm for nature. As of March 2015, I stay at home with my girls, spending my days on our 20-acres of land gardening, tending to our chickens and honeybee hives, and staying busy with day-to-day country life chores. In the midst of growing a human when I was pregnant, I also grew an impressive pile of research telling me that everything I was doing was, well…all wrong. And when our little bundle arrived I was all smiles, and, like most parents, a bit stupefied. That’s when I turned to Pure Living’s “less is better” approach to the products I use in my home and on my little one. Hi, I’m a mom from Iowa. I choose products that are safe for my family and the environment all while watching the bottom line. . Although I consider myself creative and passionate, I strive to be practical. My goal is to seek out products that are safe for my family and the environment all while helping our bottom line. Living pure while staying efficient just makes sense. I have an 8-month-old daughter, Alma. The motivation behind finding non-toxic products comes from wanting to go “back-to-basics.” Hi, I’m Tiffany and my husband Sanjay and our 8-month-old daughter, Alma, live in Oregon. While I work full time as a manager in Healthcare Information Technologies, Alma has the pleasure of spending time with her three local grandmas. The motivation behind finding clean, non-toxic products comes from wanting to go “back-to-basics,” a time before questionable chemicals and long lists of extemporaneous ingredients were added to essential products, such as household cleaning tools, diapers, and food/formula.
