Providian Properties, Inc. was created in 2006 by owner/broker Michael Durso who parlayed his knowledge of both the residential lending and real estate markets to start an exciting new venture. At one time, Mr. Durso managed and trained over a 100- employee staff with both of his Mortgage and Title Company endeavors. Over the past several years Mr. Durso, pulling from his nearly 20-years of real estate experience, has created one of the up and coming firms in South Florida.
