He spent many years with two Fortune 250 businesses in a variety of roles, including legal, corporate governance, commercial and government contracting, strategy, and organizational management. Matthew draws from his long-held passion for consulting excellence and 20+ years of experience to help Providence clients’ grow and optimize their people, processes and infrastructure. Matthew supports clients with research, selection and implementation of the optimal mix of HR technology and business process outsourcing to appropriately size the resources dedicated to their noncore business operations, such as employee benefits, payroll, or human resources. Previously, Matthew created and led Lockton’s HR Technology and Outsourcing Practice which supported employer clients with vendor-neutral HR Technology consulting. He has additional experience leading shared services operations, providing SaaS HCM product management and working in HR. Glenn leads Providence’s Data Services practice. His focus is enabling clients to successfully deploy new technologies fast, accurately and at lower costs. For over 30 years, Glenn has worked with pioneers in the practices of data management, application performance management, infrastructure performance, DevOps, cloud migration and application modernization. He’s held technical, customer-development, marketing and sales leadership positions at start-ups, early-stage and global technology giants including EDS, Programart, Compuware, Borland, Skytap and CA Technologies. Glenn has assisted hundreds of organizations, including some of the world’s largest, to achieve business value by optimizing their applications, systems, data and infrastructure. Glenn measures his success by the results his clients achieve. Tom has over 15 years of recruiting experience specializing in Technology, Healthcare, Sales, Logistics, and Executive Search.
