As CEO, Aram is leading the company’s transformation to a world class PCB tool provider which not only dominates the mainstream PCB market, but is also expanding its reach into the higher-end and the low-end PCB market segments. Sam is a highly experienced Company Chairman and Non-executive Director. Sam is Chairman of Open Universities Australia Pty Ltd and a Non-executive Director of the Oroton Group Limited, Breville Group Limited and iBuy Limited. He is a Director of the Sydney Festival and a former Chairman of The Benevolent Society. Sam brings valuable Boardroom experience in governance oversight, remuneration policy and planning, director level strategy, people management and brand building. Sergey Kostinsky has recently been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Altium, was continuing to hold the role of Head of Engineering, which he has held since May 2014. Sergey has 20 years of extensive experience at a senior management level in CAD software development and web-based technology. Prior to rejoining Altium as VP Engineering in 2010, as part of the Morfik Technology acquisition, Sergey served as Director, Product Development. Sergey was also one of the founding members of the Dream Company, a Ukraine component development company which was acquired by Altium in 2001. He is outstanding in creating, directing and managing complex software engineering projects and products, and has been the driving force behind Altium R&D. Sergey is responsible for driving optimal performance in all aspects of our engineering efforts and leads a global team of high calibre engineers. In his role as CTO, Sergey is responsible for developing and shaping the technological direction of Altium to underpin the company’s bid for PCB market leadership and going beyond to bring about a transformation to electronics design. During her career, Raelene has been a partner at a national accounting firm, Finance Director of the Davenport Group and CEO of the Delta Group. More recently, she served as Managing Director of 333 Management, a part of KordaMentha where she was a lead partner on the Federal Government strategic review of the NBN. Lynn Mickleburgh, joined the Altium Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2017. Lynn is currently Head of Business Optimization at Atlassian Inc. Her prior experience includes VP Finance at Citrix Systems, various leadership roles at Adobe Systems and Apple Computer. Lynn has many years of experience in transforming and scaling software companies, and brings valuable expertise to the Board in B2B multi-channel commerce; Cloud/SAAS business models; moving from perpetual to subscription; customer experience; corporate strategy and planning; people, process and technology infrastructure; and M&A integrations. Lynn holds a BSc (with Honours) in Mathematics from the University of Southampton in the UK and an MBA in Business Management from St. Edward’s University in the US. Lynn is a member of the Audit and Human Resources Committees of the Board. Wendy had a distinguished career spanning more than 32 years at Accenture, the leading global strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations professional services company. Her leadership roles there included Senior Managing Director for Technology, Asia Pacific, and Global Managing Director for Technology, Quality. She is a flexible and adaptable leader, with broad experience across multiple industry sectors, and multiple countries (including living in Australia, USA, Singapore and Malaysia), working with diverse technologies and solutions ranging from traditional to digital and managing P&L up to $3.5 billion and 11,500 personnel across 13 countries. Wendy brings to the Altium Ltd Board a deep understanding of technology and its applications in a range of industries that are important to Altium as it expands its business into new areas of electronic design. Her skills and experience at people management and motivation, leadership development and optimizing organization design for high performance will assist Altium to achieve its goal of market leadership through growth in revenue and earnings. Henry joined Altium in April 2015 as Senior VP Enterprise Solutions. As a highly respected leader within the EDA industry and with a wealth of experience in high-quality PCB design solutions, Henry is pursuing his passion at Altium to deliver the next generation design solutions for Altium customers. In August 2015, Henry was promoted to the role of Chief Product and Operations Officer. More recently, Henry has been made Chief Sales Officer at Altium. In his new role as CSO, Henry is responsible for architecting Altium’s multi-product, multi-channel strategy. In particular, Henry is leading Altium’s efforts to optimize its sales channels. This includes bringing greater systematization to Altium’s unique transactional sales driving Altium Designer in the mainstream to building a solution sales channel to support Altium’s new agile enterprise product, Nexus. Joe was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in March 2016. Prior to joining Altium, Joe served as CFO of Lattice Semiconductor, a NASDAQ listed company, in addition to holding senior executive financial leadership roles at Intel Corporation. As CFO, Joe is a key member of the Altium leadership team and is at the forefront of business strategy execution - to deliver PCB market leadership by 2020. Joe is responsible for the management of Altium financial asset and resource optimization, and supporting the growth of the company while continuing to improve financial performance. Ted Pawela has recently been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Altium, having served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) since joining the company in October 2016. Prior to joining Altium, Ted served as Product Management Executive responsible for marketing at BIOVIA (a subsidiary company of Dassault Systemes).
