My compressor broke on on Christmas Eve’s eve and not only were they able to find replacement parts for a discontinued model, but they saved me thousands in comparison to replacing the whole unit and completed everything next day on Christmas Eve! Quickly, they sent a technician and was able to address that the problem was much more severe than originally thought. The result required my mother, who is on a fixed income, to purchase a new air conditioning unit. Progressive Air worked very closely with her and saved her house from the imminent flooding that would have occurred had Progressive Air not acted so quickly. This was a big investment but we are already seeing some major savings in our monthly power bills. The Carrier Infinity system we purchased runs much more efficiently than our other system. Our last power bill showed that this time last year we used 69 kwh/day vs. this year we used 48 kwh/day. Our Bill was $100 less this year vs. last year! Harry was always on time and available to answer any questions I had. And the men that came to install the unit were professional and took the time to do everything right…plus they cleaned up afterwards!
