Shawna Carpenter Terry became a Realtor in 2000 and a Real Estate Broker in 2003 after leaving the teaching profession in Denver, Colorado. She opened up ProGo Realty and Property Management Inc in 2007. She has purchased and managed her own rental properties since 2000. When the market turned downward in 2006, former Military clients were asking her to property manage their current homes. A small property management business grew based on request and referrals from military owners and past clients. Now current owner are starting to sell their homes and tenants are interested in buying homes. Her husband, Scott, sells new homes for Celebrity, Paragon and KW Homes. Together they have three RITs (Realtors in Training) a 8 year old and 6 year old twins. Life is never dull with 3 kids and owning ProGo Realty and Property Management. Georgia Koehler has worked for ProGo Realty since 2012 as the Contracts Manager and has been a Realtor since 2013. She has lived in Florida all her life. She has called Pace, Florida her home since 1979 and has raised both children in the Pace area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she and her husband owned several construction companies, canoe rental outfit and she has been a local caregiver. She focuses on good service and building relationships. She is honest, hardworking and willing to help my clients make the best decisions possible. She believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process.
