Michael served as a Naval Aviator, Helicopter Aircraft Commander, managing large departments for the United States Navy. He is certified in Agile and Total Quality Management (TQM) processes and has lead large development teams delivering enterprise systems for Healthcare and Government entities. Michael is a project management professional certified by the industries recognized certification body, the Project Management Institute. In 2014, Michael started a new chapter in business opening ProCura Services, Inc. determined to bring unparalleled service and professionalism to the Community Manager Association Industry. As both President of ProCura Services and Licensed Community Manager, Michael brings a vast background of experience to ensure ProCura Services delivers a proactive and responsive customer service relationship to each community. A 20 plus year community manager association leader, Debra Cappelli brings to ProCura Services, Inc. an expertise in client relations, communication and an extensive knowledge in community maintenance. Debra earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Florida in Business Administration. Debra has been an active Board Member for her own association and understands all the challenges that are faced by homeowners and management companies. Debra is a Licensed Community Association Manager and holds a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) Designation from Community Association Institute (CAI). CAI is a National Organization that provides continual support and education to the industry. The leadership that Debra brings to ProCura Services is second to none.
