He has over 30 years of professional experience in the operation, design, and management of processing facilities within the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food & Beverage Industries. He graduated from Tri-State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and obtained his MBA from Strayer University in 2016. Grant is a Professional Engineer in Ohio, and many other states. He is a past member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and is presently the Vice President of the Processing Division of the American Oil Chemists’ Society. Plus Group is continually seeking to maximize project quality and efficiency by utilizing alliances to deliver unmatched performance. Plus Group has developed strategic alliances through long-lasting relationships with both competitor and complimentary organizations to provide cost-effective project solutions for both current and potential clients. The passion for finding better ways to improve work processes resulted in tremendous growth. During its first five years in business, company revenue grew 1,850% and went from zero to 75 clients. Process Plus’ founder’s spirit of perseverance and strength are embodied in the culture of the company today. After Bryan Speicher’s (the founding President) battle with cancer and his death in 2003, the firm’s leaders were inspired to build a stronger Process Plus. As a result, the partners focused on initiatives to support and grow the business. The philosophy, “Our Process Revolves Around You” was created and adopted to reflect the company’s genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
