Andy has been the featured speaker at more than 400 seminars on contingent workforce issues. In addition, he has authored numerous articles in leading publications and is frequently quoted in national print and broadcast media. Prior to the launch of PRO in 1991, Andy held various senior level positions at a leading staffing company, including running the company’s national account efforts and leading the firm’s IT staffing division. Martin serves as PRO’s Chief Operating Officer after having joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations in 2015. He leads a dynamic team that is responsible for managing and optimizing contingent workforce programs for Fortune 1000 companies. Martin is also responsible for directing PRO’s strategy for client expansion both domestically and internationally. Previously, he has worked in a variety of operational leadership roles for two Fortune 100 companies. Martin’s track record spans two decades of overseeing global business operations across multiple geographies including the U.S., Europe and Asia. Ben has a wealth of experience in corporate finance, operations, and strategy with companies ranging from global Fortune 500 enterprises to startups. A member of the senior leadership team at PRO since 2001, Ben oversees all financial aspects of the company. Since joining PRO Ben has had various roles, including leading the development of the industry’s preeminent Strategy, Analytics, and Metrics (SAM) team. Before coming to PRO, Ben served as a Director of Finance at a billion dollar privately held company. Executive Vice President, Business Development Andrew joined PRO Unlimited in 1999 and has led the Business Development team since 2002. He is regarded as one of the most tenured and trusted experts in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) industry. Andrew has helped numerous Fortune 500 companies develop and then execute on their global strategies for managing the contingent workforce. These initiatives have resulted in significant cost savings, reduced risk, and improved talent quality. As the contingent workforce space evolves and becomes more strategic, clients continue to rely upon Andrew and his team for trusted guidance on issues such as global reach and SOW management. Executive Vice President, Product Development Ted joined PRO in 2011 as the SVP of Product Development. Responsible for all aspects of Wand, PRO’s SaaS-based Vendor Management System (VMS) solution, Ted and his team transformed Wand to address next-generation contingent workforce management requirements. Key successes include recruited and built a world-class product development team in Silicon Valley, designed and built iPhone, iPad, Android, and Watch apps, implemented a four 9’s SaaS-based infrastructure, and launched the Wand Discovery BI platform. A member of the PRO senior leadership team since the company’s founding in 1991, Teresa is responsible for financial reporting, general ledger, corporate taxes, and treasury management functions. Her charter also includes benefits, credit, risk management, budgeting, and accounts payable. Prior to joining PRO, Teresa held a key financial role at a large national staffing company. Recruited to PRO in 1998, Mike is responsible for new account implementations. This includes change management and program design. Throughout his career at PRO, Mike has held various client services-related roles, including key account management and managing the Strategic Analysis and Metrics team. Before joining PRO, Mike worked in procurement for a major telecom company. For nearly three decades, many of the world’s leading Fortune 1000 companies have relied upon PRO to help source, manage, and track their global non-employee/contingent worker programs.
