Carlos is a retired NYC Police officer, who moved down to Tampa and started to work as Construction Manager for Lennar Homes. During his employment with Lennar Homes in 2004 he learned every aspect of building single family homes and multi-family homes. After a few year of working with Lennar Carlos decided to get his contracting license and started to work on building his own company. Today that company is know as Pro Touch Contracting Services. We have been building in the Tampa Bay area since 2006. Carlos Retired form the NYC Police Department. He served as a Police officer since 1997 through 2003. He was apart of the search and rescue team during September 11, 2001. Now is the current owner/founder of Pro Touch Contracting Services and also is the Lead Pastor Of Vine Church In Zephryhills.
