Joe moved from New Jersey to Florida back in 1974 and started his automotive career working for his Father in a Fina service station in Hialeah Florida where he worked as a mechanic’s apprentice. His Father sold that business and purchased an Auto Parts store where he learned the parts business. Soon after in 1981 he opened his own parts store in Miami and due to a fire four years later was not able to rebuild. Immediately thereafter he joined Borg Warmer to form part of the South Florida team where he learned what being a factory representative is all about. In 1988 he went to work for Parts Depot in outside sales doubling the sales volume the first year and a 40% increase the second year. Joe decided to leave the Auto Parts industry to tackle a new frontier in marketing after joining a multinational firm Hechavarria Global Corporation. He took on a task of expanding that business and living in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico & Venezuela. For eight plus years he headed a very successful sales and marketing team in South America. In 1998 he decided to come back to the states and joined Qualitee International from Richmond Virginia for five years where he excelled and pioneered the state of Florida for that company as the territory representative where he added customers with respectable volume and was promoted to Southeast Sales Manager. Shane began his career in aftermarket business in 1995 as a product and sales support manager at Cyclo Industries. He spent his years there developing new products and providing sales support to all Cyclo’s manufactures reps on the east coast. In 1998 Shane joined the team at Mote-Osborne & Associates (now Accelerated Sales & Marketing) as a Territory Manager for South Florida. During this time he sold for over 30 manufactures (mainly hard parts) and consistently grew his business year after year producing and managing over 5 million in sales annually.
