Hi, we’re Property Sheroes, and as our name suggests without much subtlety, we are a team of women who have decided to take over the world of Realty one deal at a time. Currently, we’re serving the Lee County area in Florida. We call ourselves ‘Sheroes’ for two reasons. First and most obviously, because we are a team of women working in Real Estate, bringing together intuition and genuine concern for the people we meet in this line of work. In the often humdrum and ruthless world of Realty, we give our people a welcome alternative to generic sound bites and hard-nosed deal chasing. The second reason we are ‘Sheroes’ is that we have that spark of something extra to bring to the table. Our team is currently made up of In addition to working  10 years, Cossett has founded and sold a successful brokerage and she is also an Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) and a certified residential property manager. She sold more than $10 million dollars in business while house prices still averaged $50,000 or less, and she is currently averaging more than $4 million in annual sales. Nancy, on the other hand, has spent most of years working in music, branding, and marketing. Nancy worked in AM and FM radio, and had her own global radio show for several years, which led to her performing in Vision Nightclub, Chicago. She has also worked on several high profile electronic dance music events, such as Miami's Winter Music Conference, Official Gay Days Orlando, the City of Hialeah's 4th of July, Carnaval Miami, and many more! Upon graduating with her Music Production Certification, from Scratch DJ Academy, she produced a remix for Billboard recording artist, Ceevox, which was published and is featured on iTunes. This led to her being signed by Big Mouth Music, LLC., and began her career as a remixer/ producer. When she's not performing on stage, she is specially requested by corporations such as Coca Cola, Macy's, Benefit Cosmetics, Sephora, DVF, the Versace Mansion, Walgreens, and others. She's also the go-to person for non-profit events such as Relay for Life, YMCA, and disaster relief events like Hands for Haiti. , we believe that humans are the most important element of business, and so we consciously make sure to live full and complete lives outside of our day job. She quickly excelled and developed a passion for the field of Property Management.
