In 2003, Ron and Debra started their own business and began providing commercial floor covering service throughout Northwest Florida. The business grew and expended for five years at its Hwy 77 location in Panama City. In 2009 the business moved to a new location at 3902 Jenks Avenue in Lynn Haven. At Pro-Floors Plus, we have maintained our focus on the commercial construction industry and have added new products and services to benefit our customers. In 2008, Kevin Perkins, son of Ron and Debra joined the Pro-Floors Plus team. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Civil Engineering program and is a licensed professional engineer with the state of Florida. After graduation, Kevin gained experience in the construction industry by working with a heavy civil contractor and several prominent developers in South Florida. Kevin currently estimates, provides project management, performs jobsite inspections, and manages many day to day operations. Scott Davis joined the team in 2005 and provides sales and project management duties. Scott specializes in epoxy flooring and brings a total of 15 years experience to our team. Although Scott has extensive experience in retail flooring, he focuses his efforts on military installations such as Tyndall AFB and Eglin AFB. In 2009 Shane Mallon started working at Pro-Floors Plus to provide estimating and project management. Shane has extensive experience in residential flooring and brings 15 years of experience to our team. Mike Seal joined our Pro-Floors Plus team six years ago as a commercial installer and in 2014 Mike transitioned into estimating and project management. He brings a high level of expertise with valuable knowledge of flooring products and their installation. We provide a team of experts who can guide you to a successful flooring solution that's right for your business. Our team can provide you with free estimates, free consultations, and design services. We can assist architects or designers with product specifications and sample selections. We are certified as a DBE, women owned business, and have bonding capabilities. Pro-Floors Plus was recently featured in the national publication "The Building of America" for our part in the construction of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Pro-Floors Plus also participated in a case study conducted by worldwide manufacturer Custom Building Products for using mortars, grouts, and crack isolation membranes throughout the airport project.
