The title of Dr. Ailes published his dissertation called: “Carry On Community Development Corporation There’s No Greater Love.” It engages both church and community in a postmodern approach to doing ministry taking a psychological approach to “story-brokering” as a methodology yielding behavioral modification and transformation evidence. Graduating with distinctions his work involved Dr. Clive Calendar, MD, Chair of Surgery Howard University Medical Center, and has been recognized by the Theological School at Drew University, New York Organ Donor Network, and the National Kidney Foundation. As a professional in Narrative-Systems, and under the supervision of a licensed therapist Dr. Ailes currently provides Christian Pastoral Counseling to individuals and families. As a certified Chaplain he minister’s to God’s children that are hospitalized, imprisoned, and confined to a nursing or private home, healing and being healed. Dr. Ailes has founded, incorporated, or otherwise helped organize various ministries and not-for-profit organizations including but not limited to CABC Prison Ministry, The Good Shepherd’s SAC, Inc,, Faith Coalition for Political Action Incorporated, SAMSON, The Good Shepherd’s of Montclair, Spread The Word Ministries, and Ailes Paralegal/Investigative Services.
