I bought a motorcycle in Ohio and began emailing transport companies, what I initially got from eight companies was prices from 600 dollars to 2500 dollars I emailed back and forth and became frustrated with all the talk and no simple answers. I got an email from Michael telling me he was available to answer questions. I called Michael and got the price he would charge and when I would be charged this was important as another company I gave my card number to charged 250 dollars and did nothing else I had to file a claim with my bank to get that money back. I got a good price I was kept informed about shipment and very important I was able to talk to Michael yes he took the time to talk to me and tell me every thing I needed to know, I will call Priority auto relocations because of the service and price I received. In my case, Michael scheduled my auto transport from Chicago right in the middle of the recent record setting sub zero weather. Yes, there was very bad weather and a breakdown of the transport truck that caused a couple of day delay but this is reality folks. Car was picked up in minus degree weather with a -30 windchill! After 4 days on the road, my car arrived today in great shape. His choice of carrier was indeed superb. I appreciate his efforts and help 100 percent. Heck, Michael is worth it for 2x his commission. I would use Michaels services again. Michael with Priority Auto Relocations transported my girlfriend’s car from New Jersey to Florida right on time. Very professional service, and Michael was always prompt to answer emails and deliver updates. This gave me piece of mind throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Priority Auto and use again. My 1973 AMC Gremlin was picked up in Beverly Hills FL and taken to Yorktown VA. Michael was extremely courteous and very easy to work with. He answered every question and was very patient with all of my questions. Most of all he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He set me up with an excellent carrier who was just as friendly and accommodating as he was. I wish that all of my “over-the-net” experiences were as satisfying as the one I just experienced Priority Auto Relocations. After weeding through dozens of shippers, I went with Priority Auto Relocations. I purchased a motorcycle in Florida and needed it shipped to New Jersey. I booked the shipment on Thursday and was promised it would be picked up by that Saturday and delivered to me in Jersey by Tuesday at the latest. I was very happy with that time frame. Well, the bike was picked up late Friday, a day early and was delivered to me Saturday night, 1 day later. AMAZING! Michael was great to deal with. Constant updates by email and phone. He was always available and answered any questions or concerns I had. Totally 100% professional. The bike was delivered in an enclosed trailer. The driver was great and his dispatch company person Iryna was also excellent. Perfect followup and delivery updates. Everything was PERFECT from top to bottom. I would highly recommend giving Mike a call. This was the first time I ever shipped anything like this and I would without question use Mike again. I would definitely use these folks again! Michael was so efficient and explained the process so I could understand it entirely. He was quick and so helpful in locating a driver for my transport. My driver, Robert O’Neal was so courteous and polite and HONEST! I accidentally overpaid him and he came and told me and gave me back the overage. I never would have noticed. He was very polite to my son upon delivery also. I appreciate these transport people and the job they did for me! Thanks, Priority Auto Relocations for a job well-done!! Priority Auto Relocations and the Driver did an exceptional job of arranging the pick-up and delivery of my Harley. They did exactly what was told to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them and will most definitely pass Michael’s phone number at Priority Auto Relocations to my friends and co-workers. Michael DiBenedetto is a true professional at his career. I spoke with him several times on the phone dealing with my tough request. He always responded back to me very quickly and gave me the piece of mind I needed giving the keys to my 1964 Chevy Impala to a total stranger. Him & his drivers are top transport guys who take pride in their work. I struggled finding a transport company before I was referred to him through a friend. From now on I know who to call for car transportation. I was nervous going into this process and talked to a number of brokers and transport companies. Using Michael and Priority Auto Relocations was a good decision. I will call him again if I should need a vehicle shipped. We had an EXCELLENT experience with Priority Auto Relocations. When I started looking I received many quotes by email and phone calls. After I started checking the companies I couldn’t help but wonder if I found all the crooks in the industry. BBB rating is terrible, horror stories from customers that were shafted, lied to …etc. Then a quote arrived by email, I could tell that this person is professional from the way his quote was presented. Followed by a phone conversation with Michael confirmed that I found the one I want to use. Not the cheapest but the best. I commisioned the move to Priority Auto Relocations Inc. and they hired a truck to pick up the car as scheduled, the truck did not show up (claims he had a breakdown), called Michael who arranged for another carrier to pick up the car the same day just few hours later than first schedule. Super fast and professional service.
