PrimeBid Construction is a family-oriented building company, founded by father and son – Steven Mitchell and Noam Mitchell, respectively. The company incorporates an extensive understanding of the construction process, which span five familial generations across two centuries in Michigan, California, and Florida. It began with Samuel Satovsky, who migrated from Russia to Staten Island in New York to begin construction in the state of Michigan. There he built houses, apartment buildings, and duplexes from 1895-1952.   Nearly one hundred years later, Steven Mitchell and his son continue the long withstanding legacy that runs deep in the family’s roots. The current experience that remains within the company includes the prestigious areas in Florida comprising Pelican Bay, Pelican Landing, Quail West, Lexington Country Club, Sanibel Sea Spray, Bonita Bay, Peace River, West Bay Club, Tarpon Cove, Gulf Harbour, and Hampton Lake. .
