Ryan developed Prime Retreats by taking all he has learned over the past 14 years and applying the most effective aspects with the premise of total immersion in a natural environment. He learned shortly into his career what the human body desires as far as movement, nutrition and lifestyle. He learned that although everyone has certain specific physical, social and dietary needs, there are a set of rules that are typically universal. © PRIME RETREATS 2017 | All Rights Reserved | As our bodies slowly evolve, our brains and the technology it creates are moving at an exponential rate. This leads to ‘work smarter, not harder’ where we are basically just creating ways to work smarter and move hardly. While efficiency is an essential part in creating durability, we also eliminate movement. We then try to mimic what our bodies need in the gym and it just isn’t enough. We are disconnected from our nature and our environment. Going from a computer screen in a chair to a TV screen on a treadmill. Not only are you not giving your body the movement it desires, we are typically denying it the nutrition it desires as well. Prime Retreats was designed to pull you from this environment and immerse you in the loving arms of movement, perfect nutrition and a supportive social environment.
