Lauderdale's first prestigious real estate gallery, Galleria Collection of Fine Homes, and later became a principal in starting Galleria International Realty on Las Olas Boulevard. Blaine closed numerous real estate transactions, as well as many new project sales locally including Esplanade on the New River, Jackson Tower, Wilton Station, Las Olas River House, Watergarden, Las Olas Grand, 350 Las Olas Place, to list a few. One of Blaine's many accomplishments was the complete sales sell out of Las Olas Beach Club. Blaine started the pre-construction sales in 2003 as one of Related Group's executive sales associates and, together with the sales team, sold the building out in record time! He continued his dedication to Las Olas Beach Club and has sold over $165 million dollars to date and remains the building's top real estate broker. Blaine's credentials start with an economics degree from the University of Florida, furthering his background and knowledge as an equities trader, then real estate sales and on to his current status as the Broker/Owner of Prime Real Estate Collection.
