Beginning his career in 1999, John Kolb offers extensive experience in the Central Florida real estate market. After obtaining his building contractor’s license in ’99, Mr. Kolb quickly began growing his own upstart construction company, which was soon known for integrity, and a high level of quality, both architecturally and in its business practices.   E: [email protected] P: 855-38-PRIME (77463) Ext. 101 Mr. Stein has upwards of 20 years experience in real estate investments, finance, and development in Central Florida.  From 1991 to present, he has been investing in equity investments, stock market, fixed income, real estate investments: acquisitions of REOs/Short Sales/Foreclosures-new construction-rental properties, creation of private loans, purchase of secured notes, purchase of tax certificates, and etc. He received a full scholarship from the U.S. Army to attend any college in the U.S.  He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from the University of Central Florida (U.C.F.)  in 1988.  Also, he has minor in Criminal Justice and Military History.  While at UCF, he  was selected out hundreds of applicants as a representative for the university: O-Team.  He was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.  He received Distinguished Military Student (DMS) award upon graduation. Tracy entered into active duty with U.S. Army.  He later transferred to the Florida Army National Guard and then U.S. Army Reserve.  He received specialized training in Air Defense Artillery and Medical Service Corps.  He achieved the rank of Captain.  Cpt. Stein has received multiple awards/honors: Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Medal, Humanitarian Medal, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, and Florida Commendation Medial.   In 1997, Cpt Stein transferred to the Individual Ready Reserve(IRR) where he still holds his Officer Commission in the U.S. Army. During his National Guard/Reserve duty,simultaneously he started a very successful career in bio pharmaceutical sales in 1991.  Over the next 20 years,  he received the highest awards multiple times: President's Award, CEO Award, Representative of The Year, Representative of The Region.  Additionally,he was promoted and/or assigned to various positions within the industry: Assistant Regional Business Director, District Leader,Marketing/Sales Advisory Board,National/Regional Sales Training, and Product Advisory Board.  Currently,he is active in local philanthropic organizations: Central Florida American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Children's Home Society, Disabled American Veterans(DAV), and SPCA.
