rime Data Communications began as a nationwide telecommunications and IT service and installation provider with a specialty in larger-scale, mulit-site retail and restaurant projects. Our director of operations and founder, Joe Konkel, was working as a project manager and saw time and time again the limitations of project management through a network of call center trained employees, who are not equipped to determine telecommunication solutions or expedite the initiation of service or installations. The inescapable reality is that dynamic retail franchises with a larger scale, rapid growth rate, and an inherent rush to complete new construction and installations; require a single-point-of-contact project manager who is field experienced and industry trained to be at the helm throughout the entire scope of work.
