Justin Smith is one of the founding partners of Prestige Legal Search and oversees our West Coast operations. Prestige Legal Search is the second sales organization Justin has built from the ground up. Before receiving his JD from Northeastern University School of Law in 2005, Justin was the Chief Executive Officer of Advertising Associates in South Florida from 1997-2003. Before starting Prestige, Justin spent the first few years of his legal recruiting career at an international staffing firm. Within 12 months of joining the company, he was the #1 producer in legal placements worldwide. Since starting Prestige in 2008, Justin shifted his practice to focus solely on placing lateral partners and associates within law firms of all sizes across the entire country. Justin has been heavily involved with the Special Olympic Track and Field event in South Florida for the past 25 years. Clint predominantly deals with searches involving lateral partners, counsel and associates within the AmLaw 200 and high-end regional firms. His practice spans across the country, having made placements in firms of all sizes in most major legal markets. Prior to founding Prestige Legal Search, Clint was the #1 producer worldwide for an international staffing agency. Clint founded Prestige with the vision of bringing a more personalized approach to servicing both his candidates and clients. He views himself as a consultant throughout the hiring process as much as he is a recruiter.
