PRemployer advocates successfully and is instrumental in new workers compensation laws passed in state of Florida that supports the PEO industry and allows clients to choose between the PEO workers compensation plan or their own plan. PRemployer implements initial Business Coaching program and Accounting program. PRemployer, a PEO, is launched as a sister entity to complement Personnel Resources as the GMS territory agreement expires. Ben Harrison establishes PEO business in Southeast territory named GMS, representing a national PEO group from Texas, as Partner and President. Personnel Resources expands into Office Services business. Personnel Resources is founded by Becky Carter and Richard Guest in Dothan, AL primarily focusing on the Industrial business for staffing needs. The recruiting team of Personnel Resources is called upon from time to time to work with the clients of PRemployer for a dynamic blend of human resource offerings. PRemployer Debbie started an accounting business in 1987 and remained in that capacity for over 23 years. She then joined PRemployer, Inc. in October 2010 as Controller. PRemployer is a human resources outsourcing firm that helps small and mid-sized companies manage their payroll, human resources and risk management functions. Her staff prepares all client staffing and leasing payrolls, payroll tax reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate financial statements as well as client bookkeeping. In addition, she monitors banking and financial issues. Over the years she has provided hundreds of businesses bookkeeping, payroll, tax and accounting service. Her motto has always been “ If I help you succeed, then I will be a success!”
