Who We Are In my nine years of valet management experience, starting with Ameripark in 2006 at the Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, Church Street Station, Private and Public Events it has now brought me to my own venture, recently known as Premium Valet, I am now the owner of Premium Concierge Valet LLC and am very proud to bring my services to you. I plan on growing in the future, but for now, I am currently located downtown at the Amway One80 Night Club, Orlando and Segafredo Zantetti in Mill Park. Experienced, professional, and clean cut Valet Attendants will provide your guests with a genuine feeling of a true guest experience. With PCV, the arrival experience is professional and consistent, it is also managed and operated in the same manner. Our professionally trained staff reduces the cost and liability associated with accidents, theft and damage. We carry a full license and insurance. Our recruiting methods include a screening and interview process, DMV and criminal background checks, along with training to provide all our clients the reassurance that they are receiving the truly trained and trusted valet professionals. Partnering with a valet company is profitable, partnering with PCV is more then profitable, it is getting honest, reliable, and great professionalism. We approach each challenge with the understanding that every client’s needs are different. Putting your trust in us is important and I/we take that very seriously. We complete each job accurately, to provide expert care for your guests vehicles, and to provide a maximum level of customer service and compassion. We work with each client to help design a system of Valet Parking which can maximize revenues while cutting down on liability, error and waste. For example, by utilizing every parking space through every means available, we realize a site’s full earning potential, dramatically increasing department profit margin. (For example, every job needs to be designed differently because of its needs. A wedding, private party or a restaurant will all have different areas of parking needs that's why we need to come up with a parking design system that helps maximize revenue and cuts down on the liability.)
