Scott is originally from Waukesha, Wisconsin. Scott graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire with a degree in Business Administration. Scott earned his Wisconsin broker’s license in real estate in 1978. Scott was an All-State high school swimmer and All American swimmer in college. Scott moved to Cape Coral Florida with his wife Lynn in 2002, at which time he studied and took the Florida broker license test to become a real estate broker in Florida. Scott worked for a high end builder when he first arrived in Florida, went on to work with Keller Williams in Fort Myers, and in 2007 started Premier Home Rentals of Florida, specializing in home rentals and property management. As the real estate market recovered and general real estate began to become more active, Scott changed the the company name to Premier Tropical Realty, LLC to signify working in all types of residential real estate again. Scott also earned his GRI real estate designation in 2004. Scott’s love of architecture, home design and new home building has created a new and ongoing interest and focus on working with people interested in building a new home, whether in a community being developed by a large regional developer in our area, or people who wish to build a new custom dream home on their own lot.
