Company History Premier Showcase was founded in 1996 by Manny Josie, a Florida state-certified building contractor who found a demand for his remodeling services. Premier Showcase was established to specialize in custom cabinetry and flooring in Fort Myers, Naples and surrounding ares. Our showrooms provide our customers with the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of cabinet styles, countertops and floor covering options; from the current standards to the most luxurious options available in the industry today. Premier Showcase specializes in complete home remodeling – from start to finish. We take control over your remodeling job from the word “go”. He was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Southwest Florida in 1979. Originally the founder of a construction company, Josie Cypher Inc., Manny began work in the industry in 1984. Realizing his passion for design, Manny opened Premier Showcase Inc. 12 years later in 1996. According to Manny, the best part of his job is forming relationships with clients and doing anything he can to bring their transformation needs to life. Daniel is also a Florida Licensed Contractor. Daniel was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida and has been with Premier Showcase since 2002. He attended International Academy of Design and Technology of Tampa where he received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interior Design. Daniel enjoys being able to work closely with clients, day in and day out. Lynn was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Southwest Florida in 1980. Lynn attended Southwest Florida College and received her Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Legal Secretary Studies. Lynn has been with Premier Showcase since they opened in 1996 and had previously served as the accountant at Josie Cypher Inc. as well. Manny is a Florida Licensed Contractor.
