Premier Pinellas Residential Premier Pinellas Residential LLC was formed April 2011 to buy, renovate and sell single family homes. Our purpose is to improve the local housing market by buying houses, renovating them and delivering a beautiful, well-repaired home at affordable prices to new homeowners. She is also responsible for the marketing and reselling of those homes.
