Alexa also served as a faculty member for the 2013 – 2014 inaugural class of The Florida Bar Leadership Academy, has written several entries for the Westlaw Legal Solutions blog and appeared as a contributing author for the Florida Bar publication, Prior to her metamorphosis as an executive coach, Alexa was a Litigator in both the Manhattan and West Palm Beach offices of Greenberg Traurig with a focus on business and commercial litigation. In this capacity, she represented, counseled and negotiated on behalf of individuals, business owners, and partners of investment banks, law and accounting firms. Given her own successful experience in the legal trenches, Alexa now specializes in advising attorneys on business development and achieving partnership, in addition to designing curricula and teaching Continuing Legal Education courses. Alexa holds her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida, Levin School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Connecticut College. In 2011, she completed a Graduate certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Columbia University Teachers College and is certified in the Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI™) Assessment Tool. Alexa has provided expertise to advisory boards and she’s active in a number of professional associations such as the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
