Premier Health Holdings, Inc. Marc Morrison grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Boston, MA and his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Morrison practiced for over a dozen years in both Federal and State courts where he focused on business law. He left the active practice of law in 2001 and started several small businesses. He has since owned, operated and sold small businesses. He currently operates a home health agency in Florida as well as overseeing other business interests. Ted Cohen is from Memphis, Tennessee and attended The University of Alabama, focusing his studies on communications and marketing. With a father as a physician, Ted received valuable experience in operating a medical facility and was afforded the opportunity to be exposed to the medical environment from a young age. As a freshman in college, Ted co-founded Solidified Sounds Entertainment, Inc.- a three-tiered business focusing on concert production, event promotions, and artist booking. Cohen’s experience in the music industry afforded him the opportunity to gain valuable business experience. He developed a multifaceted communications campaign for the business in addition to custom marketing strategies. Ted has vast experience managing mid to large sized budgets and overseeing over 25 employees scattered throughout the United States. He utilized an assertive sales approach to help Solidified Sounds Entertainment Inc. achieve increased revenue each month. Premier Health Holdings, Inc.
