We are a Primary Care Physician Management Services Organization dedicated to providing support to health plans in the areas of quality improvement, medical cost management, MRA and HEDIS management, provider relations, provider marketing and encounter data reporting. Our services are provided free of cost to the provider so long as they’re cntract with us and the health plans we represent. We provide dependable management services to  over 50 primary care physicians throughout Florida. Our provider coverage extends throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Orange, Seminole and Polk County. Chief Executive Officer Griselle Abelairas Griselle is an experienced marketing and Communications healthcare executive who has focused her career in the managed care industry. Prior to joining Premier Care Partners, Griselle held several leadership roles within Magellan Complete Care, Premier Physician Support Services, Better Health and Vista Healthplan. Within her roles, she managed medical expenses, health plan operations and health plan marketing. As a marketing executive, Griselle managed budgets exceeding $15 million dollars for media planning and buying. Griselle received her degree in communications from the University of Miami and has professional affiliations with Miami-Dade County Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, AQUA Foundation for Women Inc., South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Make a Wish Foundation, Elder Services Resource Network, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, and American Heart Association. Prior to joining Premier Care Partners, Ray was a principle owner at PrimeMed Physician Network, LLC. He was part of the Medicare Marketing Team at Simply Healthcare Plans, CarePlus Health Plans and Humana. Within his role at Simply Healthcare Plan, he was the top benefit consultant for 2012.
