Ms. O’Neil has over 35 years of banking experience in the Lee County Market. Most recently Ms. O’Neil was President and CEO of Premier Community Bank of Southwest Florida (2000-2004). Under her guidance, PCB grew from a de novo bank to a successful full service community bank with two branch locations. PCB was sold to Colonial Bank in 2004 as part of the sale of the bank’s holding company and three sister banks. She is a lifetime resident of Lee County with deep roots in the community. She is a member of the Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, 1997 graduate of Leadership Lee County, participant in the Lee Grows program, and past Board Member on the Advisory Board for the Academy of Finance for Lee County Schools. is a partner with the law firm of Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice and Purtz and has been a resident of Lee County since 1975. Mr. Rice has served on the Board of Directors of several organizations in Lee County including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the Fort Myers Police Athletic League. Mr. Rice has also been a game official with the National Football League since 1995 and has been on three Super Bowl officiating crews. Mr. Rice previously served on the Board of Directors of Premier Community Bank of Southwest Florida from 2002 until its acquisition by Colonial Bank in 2004. is a retired longtime community banker. Mr. Scola graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Business Administration and began a long and distinguished career in banking in the New York and New Jersey area. Mr. Scola was a letter winner in Football and Baseball at Gettysberg College and is a Past President of the 200 Club of Sussex County N. J. (for the benefit of educating children of Law Enforcement, Fire and Emergency officials who died in the line of duty). Currently a member of the International Golf Antique Society; Member of the Italian Cultural Society of Naples; and a member of the Colony Golf Club in Bonita Springs. Mr. Scola was most recently the Managing Organizer of The Royal Palm Bank of Florida where he served as Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO. Royal Palm was acquired by Mercantile Bancorp in 2006. , is the President and Owner of Sheeley Architects, Inc., a full service commercial architecture firm located in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Sheeley holds Bachelor and Masters degrees from Georgia Tech, and has studied in Europe and at Harvard University. Mr. Sheeley has been a resident of Lee County, Florida for 40 years and has been practicing architecture for the last 23 years. He is a former military officer, is licensed to practice architecture in the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Iowa, and is a member of numerous professional organizations. His company has been recognized as a Florida 100 Company by the University of Florida, has been named Architectural Firm of the Year by the local Building Industry Association, and was named to the Inc. 5000 list in 2007. His civic work includes past President of the Rotary Club of North Fort Myers, Florida and past President and current Trustee of the Symphony of Southwest Florida. has been involved in the Southwest Florida real estate market for the past 18 years and recently retired from his business as the owner of a very successful Arthur Rutenberg residential building franchise. Mr. Toussel continues to be involved in the dynamic growth of the market as owner of Dream Realty, a real estate brokerage company specializing in the Naples custom home market. Mr. Toussel and his wife are very well known for their many charitable and civic involvements on a leadership level, including Building Better Lives for Southwest Florida, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Partners for Breast Cancer Care of Fort Myers, Immokalee Child Care Center, and Naples Community Hospital.
