Our advanced training will emphasize more on practical skills and bio mechanical efficiency while in a realistic environment to better prepare the responsible armed citizen. The world and it's variables are always changing, as are strategies and tactics. All the knowledge in the world means little without situational awareness and practice. We strongly believe in continued education and learning, which motivates our instructors to certify in more advanced disciplines and skill sets, gaining different perspective from law enforcement, military, private security, and other instructors. Many instructors have "not invented here syndrome," believing that if they have never heard of something, or it is not their idea, then it's wrong. At Practical Firearms Academy, we understand that all people are unique. Some students might have physical restrictions, disabilities, partial blindness, or find that the most popular way is just not comfortable for them. We are happy to provide personalized courses. Bad guys will be learning, adapting, and utilizing what works for them, as should we. All Courses are led by NRA certified instructors.
