Ms. Brandon-Brown has over 25 plus years of combined experience in the law and business, and over 20 years in drafting private placements. Ms. Brandon-Brown has been a guest columnist writing on securities and business subjects in the Los Angles Business Journal, the Washington Business Journal and the South Florida Business Journal. Ms. Brandon-Brown earned her B.S. in journalism from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University, Washington, D.C. She is admitted to practice in California and Florida. Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Brandon-Brown was the chief executive officer and founder of a publicly held company. SHANNON PENNETT is our Director of Marketing & Sales, with over 19 years experience. As the Marketing Director of a fax on demand company specializing in government contracts, Ms. Pennett formatted & implemented marketing strategies and supervised the sales team. Ms. Pennett is also the owner and Broker of a boutique real estate firm, Florida Dream Homes, LLC with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton & Daytona Beach, Florida for 14 years. Ms. Pennett has a BA in Business Economics from the University of California Los Angeles. Elizabeth Brandon-Brown, esq. has been assisting me with securities regulations since 1995, when she filed a Report on form 10-SB for Capitol Communities Corporation to become a reporting public company quoted on the OTC. Since then, she has assisted me in numerous public and private offerings. Elizabeth’s knowledge of securities law as well as her business acumen has been invaluable.
