Power yoga is 60 minutes in 90° that will torch your calories, tone and strengthen your body, and relax your mind. The multi-level flow provides a challenge for beginners, intermediate and advanced students in the same class.
We welcome beginners! Yoga mats are provided at the studio. Be sure to bring plenty of water to drink and a towel – it’s going to get HOT!
