Power Consulting Associates was co-founded by David C. Grooms, PE in 2005 in order to provide engineering design, construction inspection and project management services for all stages of power delivery. Mr. Grooms had a vision for creating an enjoyable working environment for others who were just as passionate about developing and maintaining the electrical infrastructure around the world. For a decade now, PCA has provided professional engineering design and construction oversight inspection services to a diverse client base in the energy industry. As specialists of transmission line, distribution line and substation construction, our engineers and inspectors have been called upon by some of the largest utilities in the industry. As a certified small business we know what it takes to build and maintain successful client relationships. Our clients continue to utilize our services because we hold ourselves accountable for the quality of our work and the results we achieve.
