The patio offered a great sunrise views and a very nice breeze off the Atlantic - it was heaven. Lee was very available and flexible with our late arrival. The beach, and this is why you go to Amelia, was wonderful. It’s just perfect! Go for yourself and see! Lee from the Powell Real Estate Group is great and very helpful. We are in the process of renting a home in Fernandina Beach while we are still living in New Jersey. Lee has been exceptionally helpful in this long distance process.
